Microsoft SQl server 2012 70-462

I am studying this course and i see there are Vlabs available as well. I just want to know if the vlabs are connected to course lessons would be of great help as at present you have a list of vlabs available for the course with no order and you are not sure which one to go and try first. Can I have a list of order in which i can try the vlabs?
The vLabs from our lab provider are labs that were provided for the Microsoft Official Curriculum course and follow those steps in those labs. The show that we produced are not based on the course but the actual exam objectives themselves. So the vLabs do not correlate along with the show in order or even in direct content.
We provided them for an environment in which you can run similar types of queries and work with SQL Server without needing to setup your own environment or purchasing SQL Server.
