Hi. I have been trying to download a course for offline viewing and it is stuck. I have tried various computers, connections, etc and nothing changes. Is there something you can do on the backend to clear it?

Please submit a support ticket by clicking on CONTACT US
at the top of the page to the right. This will get you into the support system faster.

FYI,
I've also seen this as I was just trying to download more than one video at a time. Until its resolved a work-around was I had to select the videos I wanted to download and click the "Get Download Links" button to get the individual links to download one at a time.

Chrome and Firefox work best when using the download feature. We have a fast connection here at the office and I use Chrome and it has worked consistently for me. You can email me directly or support@itpro.tv and we will help you troubleshoot. Thanks!
