We will do a search for these notes. If they exist, they'll be posted but if they do not, no notes may have been created for the show hosts to use for the show because the host decided not to use them.
If you have a question on how to find the network ID and Host ID, I will gladly answer those questions you have here in our forums, please let me know if you have a question distinguishing the difference between the NetworkID from the Host ID.
