I took and passed 220-801 (thanks ITPro!)
Sadly I was not able to take 220-802 before the test expired.
Am I able to take the 220-902 to get my A+ certification or do I need to retake the 220-901? Thank you for your help.
Thank

My understanding is that you will need to take both the 220-901 and 220-902 exams to get the A+ certification. I don't think you can mix the 800 and 900 exams, it had to be all 800 exams or now all 900 series exams to get the certification.
Good luck on your future exams,
Ed
Edward is correct in this instance. You can find the details here: https://certification.comptia.org/certifications/a/comptia-a-900-faq It's the 3rd question down.
The great thing is that with your passing of the 220-801, you've setup the ground work to pass the 220-901 exam. Just compare the differences with the exam objectives and you'll see you've covered the majority of it in 220-801.
