What is MSINFO32 and DXDIAG?

MSINFO32 is the executable that opens System Information:

Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > System Information

This utility allow you to see detailed information about your system, but more specifically as example:

Resource allocation (memory assignments, IRQs, DMAs..etc)
Resource conflicts
Detailed driver information
Hardware components connected to the machine
Environment variables
and more!

DXDiag is a system utility that allows you to view information related to Microsoft Windows graphics technology known as DirectX (which is multiple graphics related technologies, it is the same system in XBox) as well as running the file signature verification process.
