I am working on trying to create a sysprep image to start deployment of 70 plus PC's for my company. I am having some trouble completing this. I am able to boot into audit mode install the software that I need I have an answer file. When I do sysprep the pc shuts down. My issue is trying to create an image or iso to restore on other computers. Do you have any suggestions on what software I should use to create the image? Do you have any step by step procedures that I can follow and hand out to my other techs? The help is appreciated.

@wes-bryan How would I go about using MDT? I was currently using macrium for imaging and then restoring that image on multiple computers.

Personally haven't used it, but at my company it is done with Windows Deployment Services on a Windows Server in addition to MDT images. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer to your last question. This is a very complex topic.
Here's a guide to getting started with it: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/itpro/windows/deploy/get-started-with-the-microsoft-deployment-toolkit

With the MDT there are different usage scenarios and you will have to research the process that is suitable for your organization. The link that Mr. Sims provided has the full Microsoft documentation for MDT. This will give you the information you need to perform the steps.

Does anyone know if the Course Library has any content for MDT 2013 (or the newer 8443 build) ?
I can find the SCCM related videos, but unsure if there is anything specifically related to MDT.

I'm not sure we do, but you can submit a course request through the
COURSE LIBRARY
.
This is the way to officially make your request heard. It gives other a chance to vote it up or down based on what our members want!Cordially,
