How Can I tell if I Cisco VLAN is been overused? The reason is that we have 300 users on 1 VLAN and this VLAN is used for DATA and browsing the internet. I noticed traffic slow downs some times. Is there any command I can run on cisco switches to find out if the VLAN is over used? Or any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Is the VLAN spanning multiple switches? What is the model of the switch itself. There may be some limitation as to switch.
You could also do port mirroring to show you data leaving that vlan and see what traffic is causing the issue but I'm not sure if it will show you any overuse of VLANs.
If anything there may be a limitation on traffic exiting that vlan if through a Router on a Stick configuration.
