Unsolved How to become a master IT PRO

how does one become an all rounded IT PRO like you guys? What direction will you recommend I follow?

First, thanks for the compliments (unless you didn't mean me!)
Ok, here' a Ronnie Wong opinion, everyone else will give their own.
You have to do at least 3 things to be better at what you do.

1. You must master the foundational knowledge
2. You must learn the technology with focus in mind. (for example, if you're teaching like we are, we have to try and think about not only what to show but the best way how to show it and then potential questions that you can see someone having when using it. Associate it with other technology you see.
3. Time and energy to not only learn it from people who teach but learn it the hard way too. (for example, subnetting, I know that I can do it a but break it down to binary bits is the hard way. This is diving into the depth of the tech. This mean loving the technology enough to learn the ugly parts of it too.
