Hi,
I noticed you've changed your server configuration or something lately. One issue I'm having a lot is that I login, watch a video, but when I try to watch another video, it says I need a paid subscription.
My current work around is to logout and log back in again and it's fine again, I can play the paid videos.
That's identified the problem. Now it's over to you to come up with some theories as to what the problem is, test them, come up with a plan for a fix, verify functionality and document everything

I'm also having this issue, I'm using Chrome. I also had to log out/log in to post this reply.

We believed we had resolved this issue but if you're still experiencing this issue, we'll look further and notify you through our support system.
With technical issues related to the website, using the contact us link is the best way for us to see this immediately. We do monitor and check this reguarly but, this one did slip by for us on a busy week. We'll continue to try and do better!

I'm having the same issue too.
My only solution at this time is to keep log out and log in back again.
I'm using Chrome, but I tried to use a different browser (firefox) and I still have the same issue. -

I have made a change that may fix this issue. Let me know if you are still experiencing it but you may need to refresh now (3:45 pm on June 19 2014) to have the change take place.

My issue still happening. I log out and log back in (I reload my page).
After finishing watching my first video and moving to the next one I still have the same error message "Subscription Required".
On the top menu it does show me that I'm log in. -
Still having the issue here too. I submitted a support ticket a day or two ago about it.
Happens on iOS too. (I listen while driving to work) -
