or can we Centralized Auditing and event logs to maintain it and monitor it from one monitor to all server
is scom do all this or only monitoring system for operating systems and hypervisors

I’m not aware of any free Microsoft tools for Long aggregation monitoring. You may need to look at tools like Spice Works, Solar winds, or Splunk. Manage Engine is another one I’ve heard of.

This is not as "polished" of a solution as the third party utilities mentioned by @Art-Jordan but there is a way to centralize Windows Logging through
Windows Event Subscriptions. This allows you to configure Servers (and even desktops) to forward their logs to another designated machine. It's something that can be done but I'm not sure the if the level of details you see with it will give you the analysis as those mentioned by Art.Cordially,
