I have a question: Is it possible to limit bandwidth on a cisco switch 2960?. I have a few users that upload files to my data center and use our point to point connection to a 97% and I would like to limit their bandwidth.
Please advise

This will depend on the IOS runs and model your 2960 whether it will support ingress and egress limiting...
If you're looking to limit outbound, you may want to research how to do some traffic shaping...
If you're looking to limit inbound, you may want to research how to do some traffic policing.
