Unsolved Question on Microsoft Project 2013.

I have been working my way through your Project 2013 videos while taking an IT Project Management class in college. They have been useful because we never really received instruction on how to use the program...just had to read through the Microsoft Step-by-Step book. We are using the program for our final project, though it does not have an impact on our grade. We are graded on the actual deliverables at each stage of the project, and the software is just a tool.

My question is, can I send you the Project file somehow, along with some questions and see if you have some suggestions on how to improve it? I am looking for a way to get the most out of the program that I can.

Got it I'll take a look at it.

What it seems like from you question is that you need a little understanding of estimating time in PM. When trying to determine the duration of a particular task there are multiple methods you can use:

PERT Analysis
Computer based
Monte-Carlo Method

just to name a few but I'll try to take a look at it today or this weekend!
