For the last two days I have been unable to access the included Transcender exam questions for the Cisco CCENT course, every time I launch the web application from the IT Pro TV website I get the multiple sessions error.
I have made sure I am not logged in anywhere else, and I have also cleared my web browser cache - but still encounter the same error.
I have contacted their technical support, but I haven't heard anything back from them.
Is this a wider issue?
