I am getting error message when trying to launch the Kali box when doing topology discovery part 1, exercise 1.
error message: unable to connect to socket: connection timed out (10060)
Is anyone getting this error message?

They're our lab provider partner and very responsive, let them know what lab you're using; also that you're accessing the lab through ITProTV and finally, the issue you're experiencing.
Now they're based out of London, England. So if you're like me, right here in the Eastern US time zone, you might get answers at unexpected time but they will always be helpful. This will be the quickest way to address your issue with the lab machine.
