@Waqkas-Ahmed said in .NET Framework 3.5:
I think you got them all. According to that error code you' have "Assembly Missing" error. Try to repair the OS by either: reinstalling or running from administrative cmd:
try and see if you can enable it through control panel first:
`Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows freatures on or off > then ".NET framework 3.5 advanced services"
If this is not working then, you can use
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2698555/microsoft--net-framework-repair-tool-is-available -- to detect and fix the setup of the .NET framework
run this one. Verify everything is working. If not, report errors again and we'll see this is a slow but progressive process. I wish there was an easy fix.
"If you have the ability, try from an computer or VM that has a fresh install of Windows 8.1 pro on it and see what happens there too. if it works. Then it's a corruption of something with your current working machine."
