Unsolved Security forums, chat, group suggestions?

Hello All,
First post here. Just wondering a couple things to those in the security field at this time or working their way up the ladder. Any suggestions on where to go for chats, forums or groups focused towards:

• pen testing,
• blue team/red team
• best practices to analyzing files for threats.
• Networking security best practices
  -Kali Linux or other tools that are useful

I am working on studying for the Security+ then to the CEH if possible. I understand that the CISSP is for more senior security members. Been in IT for 6-7 years now. Just getting into Security side and now understand how broad and open that field is. Suggestions here on ITPro.TV to watch /do so on? Also any other suggestions.
