I tried the VIRL for IP SLA but in the first step, the destination is the 2960 switch (PLABCSCO01) with the SVI. I cannot reach this interface and when i configure the IP SLA the operation return code indicates no connection. Please, can you kindly look into that step 1 configuration sample?

Verify the following for step 1:
- You're running the commands on
NYEDGE1
- Verify that
PLABCSCO01
is on. If it reads asOFF
this will not allow you a successful test. (The no connection usually indicates that the other end is off.
Let me know if that is not the issue when you rerun the step 1
