I'm new on the Q/A forums, I was wondering what the topic tool "Make this as a normal conversation" was all about? For example, I had a question here to which I really didn't expect a solution but was more curious on the different steps to troubleshoot a problem. My question was marked as "unresolved", so I figured that marking it as a normal conversation would remove the "Unresolved question" mark, but it didn't. Is there a way to do that?
Unsolved Inside a forum topic, what is the use of the topic tool "Make this as a normal conversation"?
I used to think that too but I've never found it to influence something in that way. Now, I don't log in as an administrator logon so it could be something that a moderator or administrator can do that I cannot.
