New Windows 10 Certification ??

Hi :

After looking at the Various Certification List on Microsoft Certification Learning

I came across this one MD-100: Windows 10 (released December 3, 2018) it looks very similar to the MCSA Windows 10 70-698 and or 70-697 Am I right on this ? it seems to me everything is going from IT Infrastructure to Cloud (azure) Infrastructure? or Windows as a Service
