Playback speed on Fire Stick app

Hi, is there any way to increase the playback speed when watching through the Fire Stick App?

When watching via the browser I usually toggle the speed +10% a couple of times so was wondering if this option was available on this platform.

@Brian-Emans Hi, Brian! Unfortunately, that feature is not available on the Fire Stick app at this time. We have it on our updated iOS and it is planned for our new Android app to be released soon. I'll pass this along to our product team!

Any idea when the updated Android app will be available and if the toggle speed option will also be available on downloaded content or streaming content only?
