in Needs of Numa configuration tips

Greetings,
I have viewed the 3 course you have about Hyper-V and I was wondering if there could be a little more detail about the Numa node configuration. I have an Hyper-V server with the following spec:
Processor: Intel Xeon CPU E5-2630 v4 @ 2.20 GHz 2.20 GHz
Ram: 32 GB
System type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor
Hard Drive Capacity: 232 GB
I am setting up 3 VMS, 2 DC and 1 KMS Server
I believe setting up Numa Node properly could help in performance. Is it the case? If so, can I have a tutorial on the best practice on setting that up?

I have just verified specs of the CPU and here are the details:

Numbers of cores:
8

Numbers of threads
16

Processor Base Frequency
2.40 GHz

Max Turbo Frequency
3.20 GHz

Cache
20 MB SmartCache

Bus Speed
8 GT/s QPI

By default, Hyper-V presents a virtual NUMA topology to virtual machines that is optimized to match the NUMA topology of the underlying host computer.

So first, does your host machine NUMA-based? Try this cmdlet...

Get-VMHostNumaNode

If the results return more than one NUMA node, your host is NUMA based. However, if the results return one node, your host is not NUMA based.

Second, are you going to be running any workloads that are NUMA aware? Only virtual machines running NUMA-aware workloads that are large enough to require resources from more than one physical NUMA node, and are not configured to use Dynamic Memory, will benefit from virtual NUMA.

NUMA spanning is used when a virtual machine needs more resources than are available in a single NUMA node. NUMA spanning is enabled by default.

Thanks for the information. The result of the Powershell Get-VMHostNumaNode is:

So I guess I cannot go further in that Avenue.
