Which MCSA I should study 2012R2 or 2016 MCSA ?

Currently I'm planning on getting both. I'm going to take the 3 tests for 2012R2 (70-410, 70-411, 70-412), then the single 70-743 upgrade test to get MCSA 2016.
Then I'm most likely going to take Securing Server 2016 (70-744) to get the MCSE Core Infrastructure.

Hi Aladdin,
This answer really depends on factors specific to your needs. If you are working in a 2012R2 environment then I could see practical value in perusing a 2012R2 MCSA. If you are taking the exam for something to put on your resume I would suggest going for Server 2016.
Thank you,

Keep in mind that the end of life for 2012R2 fast approaches. The decision is ultimately yours to weigh in on, and maybe that involves asking yourself the right questions.

I would recommend you do the server 2016 as it is similar to 2012, only a slight difference and server 2012 end of life is quickly approaching.
That's my thoughts.
