I am having an issue when attempting the virtual labs in the Linux+ (XKO-004). It seems the keyboard mapping isn't lined up right. For instance I cannot get a # or \ symbol.. It makes a different one when I try to type it. Is there a fix for this that I can do or is it a problem with the labs?

Issue with virtual labs Linux+

Hey @Adam-Remington ,
We apologize for any issues you are having with the labs. Can you tell me which distro of Linux you are using in the labs?
Best Regards,

I am seeing the keyboard mapping issue as well with the Linux+ (XKO-004) virtual labs. I am unable to create the | (pipe) symbol in any lab today. Below is the output from the uname -a command.
Linux plablinux01 3.10.0-1127.10.1.el7.x86_64
I have tried rebooting the VM.
I have tried launching a different lab.
Please let me know if there are any suggestions on this issue.
Thanks! -
Hey @Robert-King ,
I've run into a similar issue some time ago. I can see that your post is one month old now, so I believe this is resolved now. I addressed this issue to the Practice Lab team, and they replied that this issue originally was only affecting specific servers but the fix has now been applied to all servers. It was one month ago, so I guess all it's up and running for you now.
