Hi.
I am right now watching N10-007, IPv6 Addressing. I have a question of understanding about the IPv6 default gateway, Wes Bryan explaines at the end of the episode.
I think he mixes ::/0 (default gateway) and ::/128 that is, according to my other ressources, an unspecific Address, corresponding to 0.0.0.0/32 in the IPv4 world.
Either I missed the part where Wes explaines the difference or he sets meaning of the default gateway equals unspecific address...
Later on, Wes shows screen captures from his Windows box and there you can see the default gateway is mentioned as ::/0.
Is it possible to get clarification on this?
Best regards, Christian
