MCSA 2016 Windows Containers

Here is a link to Microsoft Docs for some good reading on containers.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/virtualization/windowscontainers/
There are also some quick-starts that will help you build your own demo environment. Because containers requires virtualization, it is difficult to practice without a physical machine. I will look for more resources for you, and you can always ask questions here.

Brian,
I hope all is well. In addition to the resources that Mike has mentioned, you can try out Containers, and many other technologies by using the Microsoft Hands-On labs that are available for free.
The main URL is here: https://www.microsoft.com/handsonlabs/selfpacedlabs
Once you get to the page, use the search bar at the top, or the navigation filters on the left side to select what you want to do.
Good Luck !!!
Cheers,
Adam
