I will like to get an advice from you guys, What Certifications I should get next.
Currently working as a Sys Admin and I will like to get 70-740 or CompTIA SK0-004 or
anything that will help me out. I really like to work with Server's better than Cisco as of
now.

So the traditional model for a networking Admin is to pursue your Security+ to help round out your foundational skill set for Network Administration before pursuing the more specialized certifications.

@M-K congrats on your hard work. I agree with @Ronnie-Wong , Security+ will give you well-rounded, foundational knowledge that is essential before tackling vendor specific training. If you have an interest in networks in general, then Cisco might be an avenue for you. You can move into the Microsoft realm and tackle server administrator or Azure (cloud-centric focus). There is also AWS(cloud-centric) infrastructure as well. I would recommend something that interests you. I hope this helps. Please keep the questions coming and keep up the great work.

I do want to go into Security + and Cisco but not now. Honestly, I need more knowledge of Server-side, I haven't used all the features on the server-side.

Within our library, there is a Windows Server 101 show if you have no real experience in servers at all. It's based on Windows Server 2016 but that should be the introduction. Then you can jump into the MCSA track in the Microsoft Library.
