NVIDIA control panel,not showing

Hi..All ..having problems graphics card drivers..I Downloaded Display Driver Uninstaller DDU.It worked find,but no audio, I downloaded few earlier version of drivers..still no audio,but got NVIDIA control panel back..

I actually had the exact same issue a few weeks back to get the NV control panel back I installed the drivers through the Nvidia driver then installed the control panel through the windows store. I have no idea why this suddenly busted but it worked for me and got my PC back up and running.
