I am currently studying for cisco ccna certification, also I have some experience using windows 10 OS and I would to ask you for a recommendation as which Microsoft certification should I focus on, I am new in IT. I want to learn really well all the basic first and then go into more complex certification such as windows server, so please any suggestion would be greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

If you really want to get the fundamentals down, then I would suggest Network+ or A+ as those would serve as the core to your CCNA training.
Microsoft wise? Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/browse-all-certifications.aspx?certificationlevel=fundamentals
OR
Microsoft's homepage, at the top is certifications, then select technical (since you are curious about CCNA) then look at the fundamental certification paths you can take from there.
