Good morning this is Dwayne D. Coleman am currently in the section 1.3 Summarize general OS installation Considerations and upgrade methods, I am currently in the sub-section Maintain and operating system part-2... I plan on continuing to Installing Linux and then I plan on moving to Mac Installation. But where do I go from their what section of the A+ 1002 what sub-section next?

Hey @Dwayne-Coleman great question sir, the next step would be to visit www.comptia.org and download a copy of the 1002 objectives:
https://www.comptia.org/certifications/a
Then look at the objectives an decide which topics/concepts you are the least familiar with and study those objective blocks.
After that if you have questions about specific topics you are more than welcome to post them here and we will help you understand them.
