In the Microsoft Active Directory which classes teach you hot to set User Rights as follow:
(1.) Ad/Delete Users.
(2.) Set rights as it pertains to granting Internet Access and printing as well? Which labs provide that and classes as well?

Take a look at the MCSA Windows Server 2016 - 70-742 course.
In the first domain, there are a few episodes that cover managing users in Active Directory. There are also a couple of labs you can access with the link at the top of the course page (show virtual labs)
Controlling printing would be done with permissions on the printer object. We cover permissions in MD-100: Windows 10.
