My apologies if this has already been raised, but what, I think, would be nice is that course audio be made available in podcast or audiobook form.
I have the annual plan so that I can download the content in MP3, which I can, then, put on my phone. My problem is that it seems to keep going back to the beginning of the file again if, for example, I am listening to one of the CCNA segments and decide to close the app and come back later.
I have downloaded a program that will, in theory, allow me to convert the audio to audiobook format so I can transfer it to my iPhone. This would be so that, if I need to leave it for a while, then come back to it later. It'll just pick up where I left off instead of going back to the beginning.
It would be nice if the app would give me a link to download the audio in this format which I could then open in the Audible or iBooks app. Would this be a support request or appropriate for this forum?

I would shoot this idea to support as well. I am the new guy around here - but it seems like you should tell everyone.
In the past, I have imported things like this into my iTunes library - then I can use iTunes and it holds my place.
Congrats on your great study technique of using the audio. I think many students never think about options like this and how powerful they can be.
