I'm not certain what Lab you're using to demonstrate this module as none of them are labeled with "static host" or "Floating Routes". I tried to use the ICND1 lab 11. I heard in the video where you said you went ahead and set all the IP addresses of the serial ports. and I see in the show notes where you do two. But then at the end of 3.3.d in the notes you refer to a 10.0.16.4. What is that? Also in those same notes you are entering IP ROUTEs for NYWAN1 and NYEDGE2 using a serial interface reference. you did not do that in the video. I am assuming its equivalent of designating the local 10.0.x.x IP address. And I am confused as to what the IP address is after the serial port designation ( the mysterious 10.0.16.4)

My assumption is that I meant to put " s0/0/1 (or 10.0.16.4)."
since static routes can be directed toward eitherexiting interface s0/0/1
ornext hop ip 10.0.16.4
I'll try to correct that today.
Cordially,
