IPv6 on Cisco ENCOR 350-401

Hey there!

In the ENCOR description, they mention that IPv6 is involved, but I've watched all the videos you've put out thus far, and you don't seem to mention it .
Interestingly enough, it doesn't explicitly get called out in the blueprint either.

Is it fair to say that IPv6 has not really been tested on during the exams you've taken? I take this exam on Tuesday, March 13th and just want to make sure
I'm not leaving a gap.

Yes, that description was written before the released and it will be updated. As Anthony Sequeira took the exam on the first day it was offered. He found little if no reference to IPv6 addressing at all. The description was based on the official blueprint but as I stated. I will update it to cause less confusion.

Now that I've looked our description. I don't believe we mention that in our description..now..having said that I could have updated it before and didn't realize it.

Thanks for the reply! I was referencing the Cisco website for the ENCOR description. That's where that description I copied came from- no fault of yours.
Good to know! I feel like IPv6 is practically non-existent on most networks, hence it always feels so foreign.

Sidenote: I know you guys finished up the recordings last week. Is there any chance you could post the automation and DNA workflow recordings? I have one last night to cram before
I go take it haha. Outside of EEM, the automation(15% of the exam) feels like it could be painful without your guidance :)

According to Anthony, the test was surprising to him. To him, it seemed like the CCNA but with the additional topics weren't covered in the CCNA, now he is a CCIE...so everything might just be easy for him and much more challenging for me. Remember pay attention to the verbs used in the blueprint, "describe" means for most of us define, or context. "Configure and Verify" means do.

According to Nate, they are in the final check phase...may if given the green light, they may appear as early as today.
