Hey @Abdullah-khalaf , you are correct OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEM's have a special relationship with component and software manufacturers. You mentioned Dell, I used to support Dell-based platforms and when we deployed a set of Optiplex 745 and 960s we had the option to have the OS preinstalled. This would be considered an OEM version of Windows. However we had a WDS(Windows Deployment Services) server on the network so the Dell machines we received were called a "bare-metal" deployment, meaning no OSs were preinstalled on the machines. We deployed the OS as the second part of the deployment process, the first part being the physical installation of the PCs. I hope this helps and keep the questions coming!
