Not sure if you have covered this somewhere (apologies if you have) but I wonder if it would be useful to your customers to have a "guide to exams you can take from home".
With everything that's going on this might be the perfect opportunity to level up with some additional certs that can be done from the comfort of your own home office (or couch / sofa / bed)

Right now, Amazon has just released everything for home-based-exams. CompTIA is committed to do this in about 30 days time.
I've not hear of any others.

Thanks, I have one of the Amazon certs under my belt. Best start working on another! Surprised that there aren't others offering this option.
They may fall in line in the near future...but nothing as of now. We tend to do updates on our youtube channel about that.

I think this would be a good idea (have a guide or a mini series Posted here on ITProTV or on YouTube on how or where to take an online exam with pearson-vue and which exams are available like Azure, Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco etc..

I thought that some of the MS courses could be done from home as well but I'm not sure. It might be the MTA's rather than the MCSA / MCSE. It would for sure be apropos the current situation (I'm assuming that most of the world is in a similar "locked down" situation to the UK)
ITIL allows you to take it from home. They need you to have a camera that they can view your entire room to make sure you are alone and are not cheating. You can't have any material in the room. It is easier to take it at a testing center.
