I am a new IIS Manager for our applications. Would like to know where to go to research monitoring and troubleshooting performance issues? I looked at some courses and haven't found the one(s) that would benefit me the most.

The bad news is that we do not really have a show that would address that in a direct and actionable way for you, especially if you have specific issues that you are chasing based on whatever your organization's needs may be.
The good news however, is that we can still help you !!!I do A LOT of this kind of work with my customers and students, and have for a long long time.If you are open to sharing some of the needs that you have with me directly, I will be happy to answer as many questions as I can for you, and point you to resources that may be of help.
