I've moved this topic to the Microsoft section so that our Microsoft Kung-fu masters will be able to provide an answer.

I hope all is well. It depends on what technology platform(s) you are planning on using to do the imaging.
For instance, if you were going to use Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), then the Hands-On with SCCM show in the Microsoft section of the library will help you, BUT... I do not go over imaging an existing machine to create an image, RATHER, I show you how to throw an image into a white-box using an ISO of Windows 10 or Server 2019.
Mike goes over how to do some basic imaging and installation options for Windows 10 in the
MCSA Windows 10 - 70-698 (UPDATED 2018) Course Subtitle:Installing and Configuring Windows 10
show. There are 6 episodes in all that may be of interest, the first one is here:

I hope that one, or both of those will be good to get you started, and hopefully help you figure out what you need to do to get it right at work for your project.
If you have specific questions, please feel free to be in touch with me as needed, and I will be happy to help out with what i can. My direct e-mail is: adam@itpro.tv
Good Luck !!!
