Hi, i created two vrf which are RED and BLUE and i want to ping each other but i can not figure out how to do it , in vlan level i am able to do it with router on a stick or with multi layer switch so how can fix the problem ?

There are many options here - but one that would be fun to experiment with would be to add default static routes in each of the VRFs. Also, don't forget to reference the appropriate VRF when you are running your ping tests.
