Hybrid Azure-AD

Hi Team

My lab has an On-prem Active Directory with Azure Subscription. All my resources from On-Prem AD objects are synced with Azure AD.
My challenge is, to enable a domain joined Laptop with User account to reset the password off the Domain Network (Via Internet) and sync that new password back to the Laptop. Is this Possible with Hybrid-Azure AD service or do i need anything else such as Intune or any other service in Azure AD?

I hope all is well. What you need is Self Service Password Reset (SSPR).
