Like all things, that depends on your level of comfort with every single exam topic in the ENCOR Blueprint. You do not to do configuration on the exam but the areas I would say that would be challenging to a CCNA would be the Wireless, QoS, Networking Programmability and design ...not so much just the routing and switching.
The practice exam providers are probably working on it, just like our provider. But they tend to try and release exams only after a few months of testing and not so much after an initial exam offering to ensure they have a pool questions to build upon. Then they must write the questions in a way that doesn't violate the NDA. After that they must write explanations for each given answer as to why it's wrong and write. So the practice exams may still be a few weeks to a few months away.
