I have been trying to resolve this all day today. I have imaged more than 20 computers and just right now I notice that 2 of them I'm having issues. The problem. I'm trying to create a restore point but after entering local account credentials system protection doesn't populate for my. I can click it a dozen times and won't populate. I have tried by activating the local admin account and still won't populate. The computer is a local computer. Is not in a domain.

Hey @Victor-Rosa-Serrano,
What is it that won't populate? The ability to turn on protection or the ability to begin the restore process?

That screen that you are showing me. I click in the icons that get you there. But that window that you are displaying won't open.

What about System Properties? Is just that tab missing, or are you having trouble accessing any System Properties? Try accessing system properties using a different method. (see screenshot below)
My first thought is malware, second thought is corrupt system files. I would start with a full scan using your antivirus software. You might need to launch scan in safe mode (could be a root kit). Another option would be to do a repair on Windows 10. You could also run system file checker (sfc).
sfc /scannow
from an administrative command prompt.Mike Rodrick

Itried the SFC and indeed there was some corrupted files. Then I run DISM Command Online Repair. After those features were installed SFC check and looks like files were corrected. Restarted and Still I'm unable to open systempropertiesProtection. Not even using power shell. Also run my Antivirus (Sophos) Not threats found. It could posibly be a registry error. If so, How can I fix it?

The next step would be to reset Windows 10. You can choose to keep your personal files. I haven't had good luck with this option lately, but it's worth a try. It seems to run for a while and then reports it was unable to reset, nothing has been changed. At that point, I resort to reinstalling Windows. You can use Microsoft's media creation tool, and choose to keep personal files as well.
Back everything up first, of course!

I know that will definitely work. But I had an image with a lot of configuration for proprietary software. So I would just marked as resolve. Because you know how company computer has to be set a specific way. And I don't have full access to the require software to install if the reset is performed. Still Thanks for all your help and time.
