What are your thoughts on the Prince2 vs PMP? I’ve read online the differences between the 2 certifications, just not sure which to pursue. I’m currently a manager of EUC at a small renewable energy organization (about 1200 global employees).

are you in EU or US ?
Prince2 is popular in EU, PMP is more in US.
Prince2 is way easier than PMP even Practitioner.
Prince2 Practitioner including Foundation is a 2 weeks study, PMP is more 2 to 3 months.
My advice would be to start with Prince2 then move to PMP if required.
