When I try to run the virtual labs for 70-410, I get a window showing the status of the virtual machines and I am constantly getting "Hyper-V Virtual Machine: Server1 [failed]" on the black screen. I loaded the windows client the first time and rebooted like it told me to do. Since then I get the error. Any ideas?

Virtual Lab for 70-410

Continued from prior post:
To be thorough I tried the Web Client for lab 70-410 and it gave me the following error: "We're sorry, but loading a lab instance failed. Please contact support for more assistance." -
Scott,
Sorry about the lab error, I'm unable to load the lab as well. I will try to resolve this as soon as possible!

just an update:
We're working on the issue with our Lab Solution Provider!
Please if you're using IE10+ , try it with Chrome...
if you're using Chrome, try it using IE10+
With Chrome, you may have to install whatever it asks you to install for it to run.
Currently, I'm experiencing the same issue you are but the lab provider technical expert isn't experiencing any
issue. He did say the .NET framework updated this weekend. So it's a possibility that may be the issue.
Just wanted you to know we've been working with those awesome guys all day to resolve the issue.

Scott,
The Lab guys have responded and believe the issue will be fixed, according to the vLab Kung-Fu Masters:
"Found it! It's a content prep issue at our end. I'm not sure how it went undiscovered for so long given the nature of the issue.
I'm having the content folks look into getting it fixed ASAP for you. Another update when it's resolved."
They do recommend you continue to retry it, it will probably be resolved soon!
