Printing the ITIL handouts

Is it possible to print these? I was trying to send them to a print center and received a warning they are password protected, but they didn't come up that way on my laptop. Is it possible to print? I'd like to make notes on the handouts as I study and my home printer isn't up for the job.

The password protections placed on some of the ITIL documents are to prevent manipulation of the information and directly copy/paste its contents. Printing should be allowed. When I studied for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam I printed the sample exams and a number of slides from Jo's presentation.
