I will be transferring to a local university here in Southern California for a BS in Information Systems and Technology with an emphasis on Cyber Security. I am a little late in the game and have been out of high school for quite some time, but have have always had a desire to do this! When I say I am late, I mean LATE. I am 37, work in a profession completely unrelated to this field, and have followed technology trends but never got into the trenches with this. So, 20+ years ago I was A+ certified, and have 'sorta' kept up with evolving trends but for those of you old enough there was a rapid expansion int he last 10-ish years... And, well it was hard to keep up with my hobby/passion, work full-time, and be a father - go figure? Anyway, I have had an ITPRO.tv sub for a long time and was wondering which courses/videos I should watch to aid me in this next chapter of my life, or at minimum give me a headstart with the curriculum I will see in the Spring.
This is the school's outline for the program; http://bulletin.csusb.edu/colleges-schools-departments/business-public-administration/information-decision-sciences/information-systems-technology-bs/
Which series/or specific videos would you recommend?
Any help, guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
