I would like to recommend a discussion on this possibly. I know that Linus T. already blessed adding WG to the Linux kernel. Nevertheless, I am looking for some real world opinions on status of this as the best VPN security and performance service to date. I've experiented with it in Windows and Linux with mixed feelings (in comparision to other services). There is too much theoretical garbage on the web about this subject, therefore, your no-nonsense expert opinions would be very much appreciated.

Webinar Topic Recommendation: Wireguard
-
Wireguard is part of a Defense in depth or layered defense. You still need to start with a UTM grade firewall like Fortinet 60E that controls your Wireless Access Points and does endpoint protection. You still need to patch Linux and the components on a weekly schedule to protect from threats.
The theoretical garbage is what you need to learn to implement it. I handle cybersecurity, patching, etc. Wireguard isn't a one stop solution.

I'm not looking for more of the same off topic comments. Thank you for trying.

@Lawrence-Fiore,
I'll bring this up as a possible topic among the Edutainers. Thanks for the suggestion!
