Agility vs elasticity

Test asks what do you choose when your company needs to react quickly when cloud service have to adjust to allocate and deallocate resources. I chose elasticity. Test answer is agility. Test answer explains agility is the ability to react quickly. Well, doesn't elasticity give the same thing if resources can be changes automatically? There is no comparison of agility vs elasticity on the test explanation, This was the clearest breakout i could find, Is the monthly cost the difference?

Elasticity
Automatically add or remove resources based on demand.

Cloud Agility
Cloud agility is the ability to rapidly change an IT infrastructure in order to adapt to the evolving needs of the business (e.g. if your service peaks one month, you can scale to demand and pay a larger bill for the month. If the following month the demand drops, you can reduce the used resources and be charged less).

That question is a little nit-picky. I probably would have gone with elasticity as well.

While both elasticity and agility refer to being able to allocate and deallocate resources as needed, there is a slight difference.

Agility is the ability to scale up or down quickly to meet demands.

Elasticity is ability to automate scaling up or down.

So when the question states the company needs to react, this seems like a manual process. Hey, something is going on, lets add some resources. If they had asked to choose how to automatically scale a resource, that would be elasticity.
