Hello
Would it be possible to create a Virtual LAB PDF Step By Step PDF guide?
If we had the guide, then could re-create the scenarios in the V labs that closely resemble the objectives discussed in the videos.
The shows notes are nice, but they're very vague.
Some show notes are 2 lines.
Also, some videos don't have any show notes at all.
I really like the videos, but sometimes I find it hard to follow along. Also, I find it difficult to reproduce the same scenarios that are discussed in the videos.
Thank you

Feature Request - Virtual V-labs Step By Step PDF guide?
-
David,
We're in the process doing some of the things you're requesting. As we're refreshing our content, each show will have notes. Some if not most of our early content, did not have any additional notes.
The benefit now is that most of what we also do as lab demonstrations will probably include the commands if not steps of what we do in the show.
I will add your feature request to our tracking sheet!

Hi, great to hear of the improved notes!
A site that does that well you might check out to get some ideas is https://www.manager-tools.com/ . Access to their show notes is a key driver for subscriptions to their content as the audio is free. Good detailed notes would be a really strong selling point for your subscriptions too I'm sure!
Thanks for considering! -
I agree with Michael that the show notes would be perfect companion content. i'm very happy to hear that it's on the list Ronnie. A repository of shorthand Notepad text (PDF'd) would outline each video's content and setup tasks for the labs; even if the text was redistributed, it would only serve to point people back to your content.
I would appreciate the simple, quick format because it keep me focused on re-watching content and researching tasks on the Internet as I would in a real-world scenario.
Great jobs so far.
