As far as I can tell yes, Justin covered the same topics in this course as the ones listed for that certification. It should help you to prepare for that exam.

I'm a little confused.
As far as I can tell, passing MTA-98-381 will get you Intro to programming Python MTA, but it doesn't count towards the MCSA Web Applications cert. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/mcsa-web-applications-certification
and Jan 2021 is only next month! Are you gonna make it?
I am using the Intro to Python (MTA) as a starting point to programming, hoping to get the MTA by the end of Dec 2020, the MTA Certificate which I don't believe expires in Jan 2021, but ALL the MCSA and MCSE will expire in Jan 2021, and hoping that Microsoft will extend that date again, I have no programming background what so ever but will try
