Missing subtitles in videos

The new videos have almost no subtitles. For example the MS-900 course and some new videos of the AZ-104 course

The support rightly confirms that new publishing courses take time, but for the AZ-104 course it says it is in production.

Actually the course is released, some are the old videos (and all have subtitles) others are the new courses that were put up as an update and don't have the subtitles. The dashboard talks about an AZ-104 in production but I don't think it's related to these videos already published.

Is it possible to add the missing subtitles? For those who are not native English speakers it is essential to have English subtitles to better understand the lesson.

Sorry for the confusion. Az-104 is being redone to reflect the objective updates. This is why it is listed as "In production". So the new episodes will get subtitles soon. It does take some time for the third-party we use to add them.

I will get with Production, the new episodes shouldn't be mixed with the older ones. I will get that straightened out.

I just checked, the episodes we are currently filming are not on the site yet. The episodes you are seeing with Adam and I are ones we added the last time Microsoft changes the objectives. We are now reshooting the entire series, so they might not add subtitles to those episodes. Angie is looking into that.

Just to clarify, the current AZ-104 course in the library with Cherokee, Adam, and myself is complete. You can use this to prepare for the AZ-104 exam.

We are in the process of updating the course to reflect the changes to the exam objectives, which are being updated on January 27th, 2021. This is what the message on the dashboard is referring to.

We want to make sure our members have the most up to date courses available!
